FIELD: infrared heating; domestic electric heaters. SUBSTANCE: electric heater has heat-insulating case, infrared heating element, and ceramic glass. The latter is made in the form of heating element; heat-insulating case of heating element has its edges flanged out and is installed on lugs of electric range body. EFFECT: reduced consumption of expensive ceramic glass; facilitated replacement of burners used in Russian-made two- and four-burner electric ranges by infrared burners. 2 dwgt
