FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing mounted in reservoir containing cooling agent having temperature-control unit and temperature-sensitive element. L-shaped cantilever is mounted on one side of the casing. Plate is movably mounted on the cantilever in guiding members by means of adjusting screw. The guiding members are mounted on the casing side opposite to that bearing the cantilever. Edges of those casing sides are T-shaped and couplings with fixing screws are longitudinally movably mounted on them. Members for fixing kidneys manufactured as hemispheric cups w cantilevers are mounted in the fixing screws. EFFECT: simplified surgical treatment; supported structural and functional full value quality of transplant. 1 dwg
