FIELD: laser equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has ring cavity which is shaped by four mirrors, three of which are mobile, two mirrors which are located across diagonal of quadrangle are connected through adders to perimeter control circuit and through adders and inverter to one stabilizer of tracing control system. Third mobile mirror is connected to second voltage stabilizer of tracing control system. Goal of invention is achieved by axial equilateral quadrangle shape of cavity.
