FIELD: attachment devices used in construction industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has retainer connected with shank and stop, which are engageable with rib surfaces of panels. Retainer, shank with stop and lever form parts of single spatial rod, where retainer is coupled by means of lever with shank and stop through radial connecting members. Plane of retainer with lever is perpendicular to plane of shank with stop. Retainer is positioned at an angle below 90 deg to plane of lever and leading part of shank. Shank is made in the form of closed loop so that "a" opening is defined between leading and tail part of shank, with leading part extending in plane common to that of lever, stop formed as semicircular member and flexible tail end. Plane of lever with retainer is perpendicular to plane of lever with shank leading part. EFFECT: increased efficiency, wider operational capabilities and increased precision. 4 dwg
