A virtual reality simulator in the form of an office chair 46 that, through a virtual reality mask 13 and glove, provides the user with the capability of full movement in co-ordination with the user's vision, hearing and touch within a minimal space. The chair/simulator consists of an office chair 46 and an electromagnetic mechanism 1 that allows the chair to recline in a limitless variety of directions and inclinations, giving the user, together with the co-ordination of the virtual reality mask 13, a complete sense of motion. The economical construction, easy use and noiseless operation of the chair/simulator make it ideal for use by anyone interested. After easy removal of the various accessories 11, 9, 6, the chair/simulator can be used as a plain office chair making it very practical. It can be used mainly in the video-games sector but also in the medical, recreational and educational sectors. |
