PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a plurality of electrical wires in a sheet type condition firmly with ease when those electrical wires are arranged in a sheet type shape, hold these electrical, wires in a sheet type condition at any given position in the longer direction, and a prevent manufacturing costs from rising. SOLUTION: A plurality of electrical wires 21 are arranged in a sheet type shape, those electrical wires 21 are held in by each fixing and molding fixture 23 composed of an upper molding form 25, and of a lower molding form 24 at any given position in the longer direction, thermoplastic adhesive resin is injected into a gap between the upper molding form 25 and the lower molding form 24. After thermal plastic adhesive resin has been cured, the fixing and molding fixture 23 is removed from the electrical wires 21, and a binding condition holding part 22 is thereby formed, which integrally molds the electrical wires 21 so as to hold the electrical wires 21 in a sheet type shape. |
