PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To block an external radio wave by generating a radio wave with a prescribed frequency in an electric system consisting of power sockets. SOLUTION: A radio wave disturbing device 2 is added to power sockets 1 and a radio wave with a prescribed frequency generated from the radio wave disturbing device 2 blocks an external radio wave. That is, a plurality of the power sockets are provided in a building. They are complete as an electric system in the unit of this building. When any signal is sent to one power socket or over, the other power sockets detect the signal. A radio wave with a specific frequency is generated toward the electric system consisting of the power sockets by utilizing the principles as above to cover the entire building by the prescribed frequency. As a result, it is possible to block an external radio wave. |
