PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable accurate and quick operation support with an easy system construction. SOLUTION: Information for an operator is indicated by a man-machine interface, and the judgement of the operator is inputted to the man-machine interface. An I/O device 3 collects the monitoring information of power system equipment, etc., and transmits the control information of apparatuses, etc. A data base 4 stores the power system equipment information and the restoration operation patterns with which the indication of the restoration support guidance for the operator, and the input of the judgement of the operator are executed in interactively. When the occurence of a failure in the power system is detected, a processor 1 obtains the states of the power system apparatuses from the I/O device and obtains the power system data from the data base to judge the present power system status and finds out the restoration operation pattern, corresponding to the present power system status from the data base, and the power system restoration operation is executed in accordance with the restoration operation pattern. |
