摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the erosion of an aluminum oil cooler at the operating environment with the forceful flow of the cooling water of high temperature and large quantity. SOLUTION: The aluminum oil cooler comprises a first plate 11 and a second plate 12 of aluminum dishes and a corrugated fin plate 13, a unit member e comprises the first plate 11 and the second plate 12 facing each other with the fin plate 13 between them, the unit members e are laminated into multiple layers by engaging downward pipe parts 12a on both sides of the second plate of the upper unit member e with upward pipe parts 11a on both sides of the lower unit member e and inserting spacers 14 on the outside of engaged parts, fixing flanges 15 are attached to the upward pipe parts 11a on both sides of the upper most stage of the first plate 11, a shielding plate 17 of high strength aluminum alloy being provided with the slit 17a at the position the gap width is equivalent to the gap widths between the unit members e at both side parts and of predetermined size is attached to the edge of the arm pieces 14a arranging the externally extended arm pieces 14a to the spacers 14 of the upper part and the lower part on the inlet side of a cooling water and the direct collision of the cooling water to the side surface of the cooler is avoided.</p>
