PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately perform moving and to reduce a manufacturing cost by reducing sliding resistance obtained when a carriage is moved and using a motor whose ability is low. SOLUTION: A lens unit 41 is provided on an exposing part and mounted on the carriage 43 which is placed on a frame 42. A roller 44 rolling on the upper surface of the frame 42 is provided on both ends of the carriage 43 in a width direction. A member 46 to be guided whose cross section is nearly U-shaped and which is engaged with a guide plate 45 extended and set in parallel with an optical axis is fixed on the carriage 43 on the upper surface of the frame 42. A slider made of synthetic resin whose frictional resistance is small is attached to an abutting part between the plate 45 and the member 46. Sliding load is reduced by the rolling of the roller 44, so that the load of the drive motor for moving the carriage 43 can be made small. The process accuracy of the plate 45 and the member 46 need not be enhanced, so that the cost can be reduced. |
