PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen power consumption and facilitate miniaturization by forming a light source of a light emitting part of a plurality of LED elements and lighting a given region with light emitted from the LED elements. SOLUTION: 12 LED elements 21, for example, are disposed in longitudinal and transverse array, connected in series, and control blinking state at a lighting control circuit 22. The control circuit 22 controls blinking state of elements 21 at an output from a heat rag detection unit 1 and an output from a detection unit 23. From the detection unit 23, it is detected that the brightness of a given region such as corridor is darker than a given brightness, a detection signal is inputted, and the elements 21 are lit. When a detection signal indicating that a human body pass through a given detection region at the heat ray detection unit 1 is inputted, the elements 21 are lit for a given time. A directive control cover 24 orients light emitted from a plurality of the elements 21 that are light sources to a given region such as floor source or corridor and is formed of acrylic resin or the like in a semi-cylindrical shape. |
