PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for assignment of a frequency and to obtain the system with flexibility at a high efficiency by providing an information broadcast means to a master station and each slave station and conducting a prescribed processing or the like so as to eliminate a delay time caused between the master station and the slave stations opposite to each other in the case of communication thereby changing sequence of slave stations in a loop automatically on the occurrence of an abnormality. SOLUTION: Data A stored in an initial value parameter table of a master station are broadcast simultaneously to all slave stations by a signal with a prescribed single frequency as the initial operation among the master station and the slave stations of the radio system central monitor system. In this case, the slave stations 1-N are all in a reception state. The initial value parameter sent from the master station to the slave stations comprises slave station data transmission sequence parameter 1, slave station No parameter 2 and expiration time parameter 3. Upon the receipt of the initial parameter, each slave station sets the parameter to its initial value parameter storage section.
