PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure stable running of a plate in a furnace, and increase the width of the furnace without causing interference among the plates even when the many plates are disposed parallely. SOLUTION: An incinerator is adapted such that many plates on which a ceramics green body to be burned is placed are moved in a tunnel furnace to burn the placed ceramics green body. In the firing furnace, the plates or boxes are moved in the tunnel furnace with a pusher apparatus, and a support part for the plate or the box is constructed by alternately disposing a roller part R and a slide rail parts S. Further, in the calcining furnace there are disposed an out-roasting part A, a preheating part B, a stabilizing part C, a stabilizing part rear part D, and a cooling part E in order from an inlet to an outlet, and there are provided many gas feed inlets and gas discharge outlets perpendicularly to the movement of the plates P or the boxes whereby there is ensured control of temperature or atmosphere of each part in the incinerator. |
