PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an operator from arranging parts erroneously while enhancing the work efficiency by arranging parts of identical shape continuously and collectively at a part feeding section. SOLUTION: An arranging table of parts to be used (on descending order of size, for example) is prepared (block 1) and a border line between respective part mounting machines is temporarily (initially) set (block 2). The border line is set such that an average time calculated for one part mounting machines (blocks 3-6) will be closest to an average mounting time (block 7). Subsequently, balance-up of the mounting time 15 adjusted (blocks 8-10) and the arrangement is optimized in the group of identical shape (block 11). According to the method, parts close to each other on a printed board are arranged contiguously to each other. |
