PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent undesired toner from being stuck on the blank even when executing a copying while reserving a large blank on one side of copying pager, and to simplify cutting of the blank section. SOLUTION: This device is provided with boundary latent image forming selection key 36 used for selecting whether an electrostatic latent image is formed or not on the boundary section adjoining each other of several electrostatic latent image corresponding to plural images being fed in parallel on a contact glass 13. Controlling means 30, on detecting an original presence or the original absence on respective set position of the original placing plate 39, when selected so as not to form the electrostatic latent image on the boundary section by the boundary electrostatic latent image forming selection key 36, do not form the electrostatic latent image other than the electrostatic latent image corresponding to the original being detected the original presence on the photoreceptor 7.
