PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support passive accidental discovery and meeting in a function of active information retrieval by enabling a user to see detailed information on a commodity or the like, which is not directly related to information which the user is seeing at present, at the time when he/she sees information on this commodity or the like to take an interes in this commodity. SOLUTION: Wile the user retrieves and sees various commodity information through a network or the like for network shopping or the like, information (advertisement) of commodities of the like which is not directly related to these information which the user is seeing is displayed on a part of a screen. When wanting to see details of the advertisement displayed on the display screen, the user selects one commodity, whose detailed information the user want to see, in an advertisement display area 43. Thus, display in an area 41 on the upper part of the display screen where information presented by the site accessed by the user is displayed till then is changed to the page for a virtual shop or the like as the site where the commodity of the selected advertisement is handled. |
