PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the deterioration in image quality, even when a decoded display image undergoes the variable power processing by generating a decoded image of an original image, based on the fractal encoding data and showing the decoded image. SOLUTION: Fractal encoding data obtained by applying the fractal encoding to an original image are inputted to a receiving side control part 104 via a radio circuit 120. Based on the fractual encoding data, a decoded image of the original image is generated at an image data-decoding part 111 and then displayed at a display part 110. The encoding data can sometimes be reused to the 2nd and subsequent magnifying display processes. Thereby, the encoding data are temporarily or continuously stored in an image data storage part 113. Thus, it is possible to perform data communication that is suitable to the radio communication and also to display the decoded image without deterioration, even when the image undergoes variable power processing. |
