PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize early reflection on a failure diagnostic system when a new input and output item which is not present in teacher information is necessary in a failure diagnostic device using a neural network. SOLUTION: Each failure phenomenon is grouped according to a situation in which failure is generated, and each group is provided for failure across the groups, and a neural network and an event storage area 12 are held corresponding to each group. A registering means 5 in the event storage area, means 6 which generates learning data, means 7 which executes learning, inputting means 2 which accepts a failure phenomenon to be diagnosed, and failure countermeasure judging means 3 operate processing corresponding to each group, and a failure countermeasure outputting means 4 outputs countermeasures judged for each group in a batch. |
