PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the communication service to a subscriber terminal of a WLL system equivalent to the communication service to conventional subscriber terminals by informing an acknowledgment of a called party to a base station even when an acknowledgment notice signal of the called party is not sent from a subscriber exchange to a radio subscriber network controller. SOLUTION: In the case that no called party acknowledgment signal is sent from a subscriber exchange 2a to a controller 3a in the processing of processing program by a processor of the radio subscriber network controller 3a, the processing program is used to send an acknowledgment signal to a base station 10a. In this processing program, for example, when the controller 3a receives a setup request from the base station 10a connecting to the controller 3a and the controller 3a discriminates the request to be acceptable, a called subscriber identification number is sent to the subscriber exchange 2a through a subscriber line 9a corresponding to the subscriber identification number in a received message. Then a timer is started to take a timing when the acknowledgment signal is sent to the base station 10a and a channel path in the controller 3a is connected and the acknowledgment signal is sent to the base station 10a. |
