<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optically coupled device equipped with a signal transmitting photodetector and a monitoring photodetector, where the two photodetectors are restrained from varying in light signal transmission efficiency. SOLUTION: An optically coupled device is equipped with a light emitting device 1, a signal transmission photodetecting device 2, and a monitoring photodetecting device 5 which monitors the emission output of the light emitting device 1 and feeds back its monitoring results to the light emitting device 1, wherein the photodetecting devices 3 and 5 are arranged on the same plane confronting the light emitting device 1 so as to by symmetrical to each other about the optical axis of the light emitting device 1. The devices 1, 3, and 5 are sealed up with a primary transparent molded body 7, and a secondary light screening molded body 8 is provided surrounding the primary transparent molded body 7.</p> |
