PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition capable of providing a molding product excellent in heat resistance, especially high in deflection temperature under load. SOLUTION: This composition comprises 15-55wt.% of an aromatic polycarbonate and 85-45wt.% of an aromatic polysulfone resin and has the ratio (ηa /ηb ) of a malt viscosity (ηa ) of the aromatic polycarbonate and a melt viscosity (ηb ) of the aromatic polysulfone resin defined in the following of 0.5-2.0. (ηa is the melt viscosity of the aromatic polycarbonate measured at 340 deg.C at 1216/second shear rate andηb is the melt viscosity of the aromatic polysulfone measured at 340 deg.C at 1216/second shear rate).
