PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video telephone set by which management and selection of video and audio data are surely conducted. SOLUTION: A personal computer 88 is connected via a data input output terminal to a video telephone set 41, storage of audio and image data in the set 41, management of a call or the like, optional selection of a compression system and a compression rate which are data transmission conditions, endless reproduction in the case of unattended reply, stop and restart of data transmission in a state of calling a video telephone set are controlled by the personal computer 88 or a remote controller 62. Thus, proper management and selection of data in the video telephone set are realized. |
