PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a work for attaching an exclusive grounding component to an elastic element and stabilize the quality by a method wherein the elastic element and a vibrator attached to the elastic element are supported and the elastic element is grounded. SOLUTION: An elastic element 2 of a vibrator 21 can be moved relatively to a fixed plate 24 in the direction of the installation of guide pins 22a and 22b, and is supported in an energized state by the spring forces applied by coil springs 23a and 23b. A relative motion member 5 is placed at a position where the member 5 is properly brought into contact with the driving force taking-out parts 4a and 4b of the elastic element 2. Further, a lead wire 25 is soldered to the end of the guide pin 22b to be used as a grounding line. The elastic element 2 is grounded through the guide pin 22b and the lead wire 25. Thus, by adding the function of grounding the elastic element to the mechanism of supporting the elastic element, a work for attaching an exclusive grounding component to the elastic element can be eliminated, so that the manufacturing cost can be suppressed and the quality can be stabilized. |
