PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the pulse generating circuit that generates stably a delay pulse with a required delay amount and a short pulse width with a simple configuration synchronously with a frequency of an input signal even when the frequency of the input signal is high. SOLUTION: A charging capacitor 4 is controlled such that charging is started synchronously with an input signal, a small charge current is given to the capacitor 4 for a charging period till the charging voltage gets higher than a threshold voltage Vth1 from 0V, and a large charge current is given to the capacitor 4 for a charging period till the charging voltage reaches a threshold voltage Vth2 from the threshold voltage Vth1 (Vth1<Vth2), and a delay pulse is outputted where a charging time till the charging voltage of the capacitor 4 is higher than the Vth1 from 0V is used for a delay amount and a charging time when the charging voltage reaches the Vth2 from the Vth1 is used a pulse width. |
