摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input buffer of row address strobe for preventing erroneous function of internal row address signal due to ground noise by interrupting a signal path from row address strobe signal to internal signal upon generation of a power supply noise. SOLUTION: The input buffer circuit for row address strobe comprises a pulse generator 300, a latching transistor T5 and a transfer gate TG1 performing switching operation. The pulse generator 300 outputs a pulseϕPS activating only a predetermined time in response to an internal signal PR. A transfer gate TG1 to be driven in response to such a pulseϕPS is connected between inverters 12 and 13. The transfer gate TG1 comprises PMOS and NMOS transistors. When a power up reset signal VCCH makes a transition from low level to high level, a row address strobe signal input buffer is initialized.</p>
