PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the service life of parts and an interval to a next maintenance time by instructing that the plural replaceable parts is exchanged for the replaceable loaded parts whose using frequency is low in such timing that the difference of the using frequency or a relative using frequency arrives at a prescribed threshold value. SOLUTION: When the number of paper supply times (paper supply frequency) from an upper-stage paper supply cassette 21 exceeds the prescribed maximum value, the number of paper supply times of a middle-stage paper supply cassette 22 and a lower-stage paper supply cassette 23 are decided. When the number of paper supply times from the cassette 23 is low, such instruction that the papers of the upper-stage and the lower-stage paper supply cassettes should be replaced is displayed. When the papers are replaced, the display of the instruction is turned off. Then, count data showing the number of paper supply times from the cassette 21 and count data showing the number of paper supply times from the cassette 23 are cleared to be zero. The replacement of the paper is recognized by the on-edge of paper existence sensors SE1 and SE2. |
