PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent purchase of food materials from being forgotten in a shop and to estimate the amount of money to be paid by inputting a dish name by an input means and displaying or printing a list of food materials and a cooking method for this dish. SOLUTION: First, 'spaghetti with short-necked clam and a kind of Chinese cabbage' as a dish name is printed from prescribed cooking data, and material names and their quantities of main materials or the like for a fundamental number of persons are printed on the left. With respect to materials whose purchase is selected out of these materials, quantities for preparation for a number of persons inputted as a sale unit quantity, and the price of each material, and a subtotal of prices of materials, and, the sum total of prices before tax are printed on the right. '...' is printed in the part of the sale unit quantity with respect to materials of salt, white wine, and pepper which are not purchased, and characters 'special' are printed for bargain-printed spaghetti and eggs out of material which are purchased. The cooking method (recipe) is printed under materials and the sum total for purchase. Thus, a customer can obtain the recipe of a dish, which the wants to eat in the day, in the shop front. |
