DIRECTIONAL METHOD AND LOCAL MOVING ACCESS NETWORK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the directional method of a cell transmitted from a moving unit to an OPM server related with arbitrary virtual connection by changing the header of a user cell transmitted from the moving unit so that the identifier of a channel set so as to be processed by the server can be transmitted. SOLUTION: A moving unit is present in the range of terminals A and B connected with a multiplexer MUX-10. The closest common OPM server is retrieved by an OPM-a server in the lowest hierarchical level. The ATM cells of a user flow transmitted by terminals A and B are directed to the OPM-a server in a handover phase. Thus, a pair of VPI/VCI identifiers are transmitted so that this orientation can be attained in a concentration stage with which the OPM server is connected. Next, the cell filtered by the OPM server crosses a network to a switchboard VCX-10 without passing through the other OPM servers.
