<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking lot reservation device which easily and securely reserves a parking lot. SOLUTION: When a parking lot management device 2 receives reservation application information from a reservation application device 1 through communication lines N1 and N2, it judges the propriety of parking reservation based on full/null information on the parting lot, the presence or absence of reservation and prescribed judgment reference. When a judgment result is denied, reservation denial information is transmitted to the reservation application device 1. When the judgement result is approved, reservation identification information is generated and transmitted to the reservation application device 1. The vehicle inhibition machine at the parking space in the parking lot is operated and the parking space is secured. At the time of entering, the inhibition operation of the vehicle inhibition machine is released based on reservation identification information.
