At this time, since polarities of the voltage of the pixel electrode 1C and the voltage of the pixel electrode 1D are inverted from the positive to the negative and the polarity of the voltage of the pixel electrode 1B is inverted from the negative to the positive, directions of polarity changes of the electrodes 1D, 1B are canceled each other and a modulation voltage Vpp becomes Vpp=0mV.</p>
