PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a receiver to read a mail in the order of an important mail by judging the priority order of received mails based on the total value of a weighting factor corresponding to a keyword preliminarily registered by the receiver, and displaying the mails in the priority order. SOLUTION: When a keyword extracted from a keyword storing part 2a is present in a mail, a retrieving means 1b transfers a weighting factor corresponding to the keyword to a calculating means 1c. The calculating means 1c adds each received weighting factor. The calculating means 1c confirms that retrieval for all the keywords is ended, and transfers the added keyword weighting factor and the mails to a rearranging means 1d. The rearranging means 1d rearranges the received mails in the priority order based on the total value of the weighting factors added for each received mail received from the calculating means 1c. The rearranging means 1d preserves the received mails rearranged in the priority order in a mail storing part 2b, and transmits them to an outputting device 3. |
