摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the safety of an equipment, without destruction the environment by storing the equipment in an insulating container of a high degree of vacuum and installing, at both ends of an insulating operation bar, expansion bellows for holding the pressure in the insulating container to a specified level or below. SOLUTION: The pressure of the inside of an insulating container 11 for conducting a closing operation of a moving electrode 3, and a moving conduction shaft 4 of a vacuum valve 1 is kept at a vacuum of 10<-2> Pa or below. In the insulating container 11, an insulating operation bar 12 linked to the moving conduction shaft 4 of the vacuum valve 1 is installed. The insulating operation bar 12 passes through cover plates 14, 15 on both ends of the insulating container 11 and is connected to an operation mechanism 19 through bellows 13 installed on both sides of the insulating container 11. SF6 gas is not used in this power-receiving facility, and therefore, even if overvoltage is generated due to a failure, etc., and arc discharging occurs, no decomposed product decomposed gas is produced. Furthermore, a contact of a breaker, etc., can be opened or closed and a high vacuum is used as an insulating medium and so, the size of the insulating container, etc., can be reduced.</p>
