<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a clear satisfactory image free from stain and voids in letters and to prevent trouble during production, storage or transportation by using an oil-contg. binder resin. SOLUTION: This toner is produced through a process for kneading an oil- contg. resin for a toner and a colorant optionally together with other components. The oil-contg. resin is obtd. by incorporating oil at the time of producing a resin, that is, at the time of polymerizing a monomer. The resin is not especially limited and vinyl resin, polyester resin or a mixture of them may be used. A monomer used for producing the vinyl resin is, e.g. styrene orα-methylstyrene and a mixture of two or more kinds of such monomers may be used.</p> |
