PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To timely precisely collect projection data of only a region and period of time of interest in an encephalon activation test without making a data collection part a large capacity. SOLUTION: A theme control part 8 controls a display 6, which shows a theme given to a subject 1, and a signal (a) showing a region and period of time of interest synchronized with timing of the theme giving is output. A signal processor 3 is controlled by a measuring control part 9 on the basis of the signal (a) to operate only the aimed area period, photons detected by a detection part 2 are discriminated in energy, and a data collection part 4 collects projection data. A image reconstitution part 5 reconstitutes an image on the basis of the collected projection data.
