PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend the use range of a user by constituting a system constituted of a terminal for reading request information from a user registered in a data base and executing the request from the user or the like at a service providing side, and issuing the service request to the service providing side by using the portable telephone of the user side. SOLUTION: A user 1 issues a request for a service through a digital portable telephone service network 3 to a contract registering/accepting terminal 4 at a service providing side by using a digital type portable telephone 2 owned by the user himself. The request information from the user 1 is stored from the contract registering/accepting terminal 4 through an LAN(Local Area Network) 8 in a contract information/request information data base 5. The registered request information is read by plural request executing terminals 7. The request executing terminals 7 convert the read request information into information for executing a task normalized with a center system 10, and execute the request from the user 1 through a host system communication server 6 and an exclusive network 9. |
