<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively read out personal database information such as a registered telephone number in accordance with a time band for frequently utilizing the data by previously adding and storing time when the data were read out in the past and reading out the data by referring to time information added to the data in accordance with the reading time. SOLUTION: This data processing device is constituted of a CPU 11, an LCD 12 for displaying data, a RAM 14 for storing data, and so on. When the constitution of data stored in the RAM 14 is data in a telephone book function, application time data and a time band sort code corresponding to the application frequency of the data are stored together with name data, telephone number data, etc. In the construction processing of the application time data or the like, application time band data are determined from the application time data and a time band sort code is registered.
