PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time and cost required for data communication by precisely investigating communication quality. SOLUTION: This system is composed of a communication network CN, base station BS, mobile station MS connected through a mobile communication switchboard MCS to the communication network CN by radio, and managing center SS connected through a fixed communication switchboard SCS to the communication network CN and a portable telephone set M2 of mobile station MS and a modem S2 of fixed station SS are connected through a line. A computer M3 of mobile station MS transmits the image data of prescribed length through the portable telephone set M2 to the side of managing center SS and the managing center SS measures the time required for receiving these image data (reception time) and records the measured result. Thus, based on the recorded reception time, communication quality can be evaluated. |
