摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a speed component stably and correctly by avoiding an aperture problem when a movement of an object in a time series image is to be measured. SOLUTION: An image-extracting part 201 receives an input of a time series image from an input part 100 and extracts the neighborhood centering an optional observation point in the time series image as a time space image of an observation range of a size designated from a control part 300. A speed component- calculating part 202 receives an input of the extracted time space image and calculates a speed component with the use of the Hough transform. A parameter space input part 203 receives an input of a parameter space obtained by the speed component-calculating part 202 by the Hough transform. A reliability- calculating part 204 calculates reliability of an object to be measured in the parameter spa. A memory part 205 stores the size of the extracted observation range, speed component and reliability. A selection output part 400 determines a speed based on the reliability at each size.
