PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for the stretch label which improves heat resistance, scrub resistance and printing effect concerning the stretch label to be mounted on a columnar or prism-shaped object. SOLUTION: Concerning the film having 30-150μm thickness which is composed of an outer surface layer 1A composed of a thermoplastic resin layer having a layer ratio from 3% to 30%, an intermediate layer 1M having a layer ratio from 95% to 50%, which is composed of straight chain-low-density polyethylene having 0.880-0.940g/cm<2> density obtained by polymerization by using a single site metallocene catalyst, and inner surface layer 1N composed of thermoplastic resin having a layer ratio from 2% to 20%, this film is laterally deformed at the speed of 300mm/min and the specific gravity of the label is set to <=0.97g/cm<3> while distortion (d) at stress '0' is less than 7% and permanent distortion (e) is less than 1.5%, which are provided by measuring S-S curve in the range of <=25% distortion.
