PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily make a line connection by following an invariably constant procedure. SOLUTION: An originating means that an IC card 6 constitutes originates through a communication interface 16 of a main body 4 with an address number that the IC card holds. Therefore, a user need not inputs the address number by himself or herself for the origination. When the user inputs, for example, a password after a line is connected, the user operates an input means composed of a control part 20, etc., of the main body 4. Consequently, the input means generates data according to the user's operation and a transmitting means composed of the IC card 6 receives the data from the input means and sends the received data out to the communication line through a communication interface 16. |
