PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an invalidizing method for electronic document with which only the desired electronic document to be invalidized is invalidized by getting the agreement of recipient. SOLUTION: A transmitter A prepares an invalidization request statement through an invalidization request document preparing/transmitting means 1 and transmits it to the third person organization TTP, the TTP records and preserves the contents of request statement received by an invalidization request accepting means 3, an agreement confirm document is prepared by an agreement confirming means 5 and transmitted to a recipient B, the recipient B receives the agreement confirm document, prepares an invalidization agree document through an invalidization agree document preparing means 7 in case of agreement and transmits this invalidization agree document to the TTP, and the TTP receives the invalidization agree document, records/manages the establishment of document invalidization, prepares an invalidization establish reporting document through an invalidization establish confirming means 9 and transmits it to the transmitter A and the recipient B so that the invalidization of document can be established. |
