发明名称 MULTICAPILLARY ELECTROPHORETIC DEVICE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance processing capacity by increasing the number of capillaries detectable by simultaneously electrophoresing them while holding reliability. SOLUTION: After a sample stage 68 moves/contacts a sample tighter plate 66 to/with the capillary array end 2a, high voltage is impressed for a prescribed time between both electrodes 54 and 58, and a sample is injected. Afterwards, an electrophoretic reservoir 64 contacts with the capillary array end 2a, and electrophoresis is started. When an electrophoretically separated DN fraction passes through a detecting object part 2c, an exciting-light receiving optical system 10 is scanned, and fluorescence from four kinds of fluorescent materials labelling the sample is detected by a photomultiplier. The exciting-light receiving optical system 10 is scanned at high speed by having a falling radiation optical system and a confocal optical system.
