PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress fluctuation of a power system over a wide operational conditions. SOLUTION: Based on an effective fluctuation in the power of a synchronous machine, a stabilization unit 15 forms an auxiliary signal which is then delivered to an AVR 8 and an exciter 7 in order to control the output of the synchronous machine thus suppressing fluctuation of a power system. The stabilization unit 15 determines an estimated value of an auxiliary signal outputted one moment of time before using a current fluctuation of power, fluctuation of power and auxiliary signal one moment of time before and a plurality of weighting coefficients. The weighting coefficients are corrected to decrease the square of difference between the auxiliary signal one moment of time before and an achieved value thus determining a desired fluctuation of power one moment of time before. Finally, a current auxiliary signal is outputted using the desired value thus determined, a current fluctuation of power, a fluctuation of power one moment of time before, an auxiliary signal and weighting coefficients. |
