PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a liquid sealing property and insulating property in a connection part between a tank made of a metal and a pipe. SOLUTION: The inner wall face of a tank 2 made of a metal and the inner wall face of a joint 4 are lined with a resin film 6. The resin film 6 is extended to the end rim part of a first flange 5 from the inner wall face of the joint 4. A pipe 3 is connected with the joint 4 while sandwiching the resin film 6 between them. In the connection part of the resin film 6 and the pipe 3, the outer circumference of the pipe 3 is welded with the resin film 6.
