PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly reproduce images and sounds without such troubles as breaks, etc., by adding an auxiliary storage to every sound/dynamic image reproduction device and storing the sound/dynamic image data in the auxiliary storage before the reproduction of these data. SOLUTION: A Karaoke (accompaniment for recorded music) system has a shared hard disk device and plural sound/dynamic image reproduction devices 4, which are connected in a daisy chain to the hard disk device via SCSI buses 3. Every device 4 has an auxiliary storage 68. The sound/dynamic image data received from the hard disk device are stored in the storage device 68, before they are reproduced and then read out of the storage device 68 and reproduced. Thereby, the reading and reproduction are not affected for the sound/dynamic image data stored in the storage device 68, even if the transfer of data is delayed due to the congestion of accesses which are given to the shared hard disk from the devices 4. |
