METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR COST PRICE MANAGEMENT AND WORK ANALYSIS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present information by which a measure for cost reduction can be divided by using the scale of the cost of investment (wage rate) and the processing time (man-hours) as tools for cost price management to compare cost prices on the axis of abscissa between plurality of production lodements or different machine types. SOLUTION: A cost calculation means 11 extracts parts/machine type- classified and cost center-classified man-hours from man-hour information stored in a mass production machine type man-hour information storage means 4 and calculates (man-hour)×(wage rate) by wage rate information stored in a wage rate information storage means 10, thus calculating the cost. Materials such as steel plates and paints used by parts/machine types are divided to net and loss with respect to the quantity consumed and the cost and are stored in a material cost information storage means 12. Material costs are added to the cost calculated in the calculation means 11 by a material cost addition means 13. Information obtained by adding material costs to information calculated in the calculation means 11 by the addition means 13 is stored as predetermine unit price information in a cost information storage means 14.
