PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a patient to know his or her turn even at a different place by giving a serial reception number through a reception terminal for reception of payment and issuing a reception card for a patient, and displaying the progress state for patients at a patient's request. SOLUTION: The patient inputs the reception number to the query input part 42 of a query terminal 4 installed in a different place such as a rest room and a stand in a hospital while waiting for a payment process and then order information on the patient can be displayed individually as status information from the order management part 22 of a payment reception controller 2. This information can be received from a display part, the query display part 45 of the query terminal 4, a braille display part for a visually handicapped person, a vibration part 46, or a voice output part 47. Further, a beeper 45a is lent and information is received through a radio communication means installed additionally at a query communication control part 41, so that the patient can obtain his or her order information even at a different place. |
