<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable simple and safe laying of a cable between poles. SOLUTION: A driving roller 24 whose outer periphery is formed in a spool type by using an elastic material, and a free roller 15 are made to face each other, and pivoted by a main body frame 21. The interval between the rollers is held adjustably by a bolt 23. Thereby a cable or the like is clamped with pressure and retained between the rollers. The main body frame 21 is fixed detachably to a messenger or a pole by using a fixing metal fitting 31. By a driving command, a motor 26 is driven, and the driving roller 24 is rotated, so as to have the clamped cable or the like sent out, and cable laying is performed.</p> |
