Arranging material on walls of HF test chamber which absorbs HF energy

The arrangement method is carried out in steps: (a) Determining a height H (10) above the floor of the test chamber, which in general coincides with the height above the floor of the equivalent centre of the radiation from a system to be tested; and (b) beginning with the height H, the reducing of the effective absorption amount for heights, which are lower than H. The method is carried out with which the reduction of step (b) is linear. The material is ferrite. The ferrite material is in the form of tiles. The ferrite tiles are placed under the height H (10) at the walls according to a grid structure of rows and columns.
