A coiling/uncoiling device with temporary storage of at least one conductor line (L1,L2) with at least two mechanisms (M1,M2) having at least two rotatable rollers (2 to 17), the mechanisms having at least one arm (18 to 21) movable about an axis (E,F), and with at least one roller (2 to 5, 10 to 13) arranged at the end of the arm and interacting with the at least one other roller of the respective mechanism (M1,M2). With coiling of the conductor/line taken around the rollers of one mechanism (M1) on to this mechanism (M1), another traction element (L2,S) carried around the rollers (10 to 17) of the other mechanism (M2) is uncoiled from this other mechanism (M2), whereby one mechanism (M1) opens and the other mechanism (M2) closes.
